SIX PLAYS RECALLED

Drama League Competition (N.I. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 25. The British Drama League has announced that the following six plays have been recalled by the adjudicator. Miss Frona King, to appear at Hamilton on September 4 and 5 to compete for the finals of the league’s one-act play competition. The playa are: “Conversation with a golliwog,” by the Elmwood Players, Christchurch; “The No Count By,” by the Hawera Repertory Society; “The Happy Journey," by the Dannevirke

Dramatic Society; “Sweeny Agonistes.” by the Ngaio Review Company, Wellington; “A Resounding Tinkle," by the Westlake Drama Club, Auckland, and “A Taste of Honey,” by the Dunedin Repertory Minor Productions.
