Radio Again Attacked
f.V.Z.P-A -Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, August 25. This afternoon, 150 shouting students burst into the offices of the Government-run Radio Saigon for the second time in three days. General Khanh had the building surrounded by 50 unarmed but helmeted paratroopers, his strongest action yet against the rioters. Students were allowed to run loose on the ground floor, destroying what office equipment they had missed on Sunday. But an additional 50 paratroopers patrolled the second floor, keeping students away from the electronic broadcasting - equipment General Khanh then announced that he was stepping down as President.
