A copy of the proposed amendment to the By-laws will be open for inspection at the Board’s office, Cathedral square, during normal office hours 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on and after Wednesday, August 5, 1964. 7197 MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICA TION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN Notice is hereby given that the Malvern County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 7th day of August, 1964, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities’ Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £12,000 for the purpose of erecting three dwellings for workers. The security for the loan shall be a Special Rate of .031 pence in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the County of Malvern. It is not proposed to levy the said special rate but to meet the annual charges on the proposed loan, partly from rentals received and partly from general funds. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Malvern County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
