Samoan “Went Berserk”
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 20. “The best plan is for you to be sent back to Samoa,” Mr R. M. Grant, S.M., told Michael Fefe, aged 19. shoemaker, today. He gaoled Fefe for three months on a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner in Durham lane and on two charges of assault Fefe pleaded guilty. Last week the Court was told Fefe had gone “berserk” at a dance in Durham lane and had kicked and punched other patrons. He then ran from the hall and into His Majesty’s arcade where he knocked theatre goers to the ground. An elderly man required medical treatment
