Jubilant African demonstrations yesterday greeted a High Court ruling that Mr Joshua Nkomo (the Nationalist leader) and about 100 other Africans are being held in restriction illegally. But Mr Nkomo’s solicitor (Mr Leo Baron) said tonight that he had been informed by the Minister of Law and Order that the restricted men would stay in restriction pending the hearing of the appeal against the judgment
