Indoor Bowls COUNTRY TEAM WINS
A Country indoor bowling team beat Town 117 games to 107 in a rinks competition held on Saturday. The Country team’s rinks came from Hororata, Springston and Culverden. Country won the first round by 31 games to 25 and Town won the next round, 33-32, but Country won the last two rounds by narrow margins.
