In spite of his rim of “outs” <n recent starts and his genera’ ooor form, bookmakers have kept the New Zealand stayer Summer Regent, near .the top of the market for the second leg of the “Doomben Double.” the Doomben Cup to be run on July 11. Outriaht favourite for the Cup is still Prince Ming, although he has been -eased a ooint to sligh’tly more than each wav figures.
Prince Ming 'ran disappoint mgly in yesterday’s Tattersail’s. Cup. With his win in that race the Khorassan gelding, Pharmacy. has been promoted to the third line. Ruling favourite for the first leg of the double, the Doomben Ten Thousand to be run next Saturday, is Rashlore, promoted to first place over Heirloom following a slashing win in the Healy Stakes, at Eagle Farm on Saturday.. Rashlore and Heirloom are the only runners quoted at under double figures;
