PUBLIC NOTICES PAHAU AND HANMER RABBIT BOARDS AERIAL POISON—WAIAU RIVER NOTICE Is hereby given that it is the Intention of the Pahau and Hanmer Boards to poison BY AIR in.the Waiau riverbed from the junction of the Hamner and Waiau rivers upstream to the Grantham on the north bank, and to a similar point on the south bank. Some patch poisoning between the Grantham and the Empson will also take place. Balts to be used: Carrots and Oats. Poison: Sodium Fluoracetate. In charge of air drop: Airwork, Ltd. Authorised operators: R. Dynes, Harimer. G. V. Manning, Pahau. The poison will be put out between June 24 and July 24. The public is warned not to trespass or to remove or pick up any carcases.
