TSHOMBE RETURNS
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) BRUSSELS, June 26. The former Katangese President, Mr Moise Tshombe, today returned to the Congo after a year of exile. Mr Tshombe is viewed more and more as the next prime minister of the former Belgian colony. Before he left Brussels yesterday he met both the Belgian Foreign Affairs Minister, PaulHenri Spaak, and the United States Ambassador, Douglas MaeArthur.
