Youth Camp Planned
Between 20 and 30 members of the Salvation Army Students’ Fellowship (Can-terbury-Westland division) will gather this week-end at the Y.W.C.A. camp at Spencerville, The students will take, as their study and discussion basis, the booklet “God Works”—a summary of theNational Council of Churches’ faith and order conference held at. Massey University in February. An address will be given by Mr M. Cresswell, M.A., a lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington. Final arrangements will also be made for the students’ summer “trek”, when they will mingle with campers at holiday resorts, presenting, puppet shows, music and similar camp entertainment. “In previous years the students on “trek’ have proved very popular with, campers,” said the divisional youth secretary, Captain B. McStay.
