Multi Listing Sets Peaks
Property sales and their values by members of the Multiple Listing Bureau of Christchurch during May were the highest for any month, according to the bureau’s latest' newsletter. Sales were 77 or 73.3 per cent of 105 listings. Value of the sales was £271,870 which bettered the previous highest monthly figure set in April by £7445.
