U.S. AID TO EXILES
Statement By Scranton
(N.Z. Preet Assn. —Copyrtoht) MIAMI, June 25. The Pennsylvania Governor, Mr William Scranton, said last night that the United States should organise and equip Cuban exile forces who wanted to oust Fidel Castro.
A “three-pronged strategy of economics, psychological and guerrilla warfare” against Dr. Castro, was outlined by Mr Scranton to the Florida Association of Broadcasters in a prepared address.
