WELLINGTON, June 25. Bonus issues of shares from profits made before 1958 have been taxable if there is a distribution of capital to shareholders within 10 years. In addition,, bonus issues have to be classified separately in company books. Both these provisions are to be- cancelled, according to the Budget.
