CAR BONUS SCHEME
(N.Z. Prese Association) WELLINGTON, June 17. No-remittance licences for motor-vehicles provisionally authorised before June 30 will qualify under the bonus issue scheme, the Customs Department announced today. The bonus scheme expires on June 30. However, in cases where a licence has been provisionally authorised but has not been issued pending production of evidence of payment to the motor exporting company, such licences will qualify provided evidence of payment is lodged with the Customs Department on or before the last day of this month.
