Christchurch motorists are lagging in re-registering their vehicles, according to the Deputy-Chief Postmaster (Mr J. W. Lincoln). They started well, registrations being made at three times the usual rate, but now the pace has slackened so much that the Post Office fears the remaining 40,000 vehicles may not be registered by the end of the month.
