DUNEDIN, June 18. The names of seven persons, former holders of 3300 shares in the Standard Insurance Company, have been added to the list of contributories by an order made by Mr Justice Henry today.

The persons are Winifred Jessie Lloyd, married, of Dunedin (200 shares); Mary Beryl Young, widow, of Wellington (900); Corinne Beatrice Gilkison, married, of Dunedin (170); Ima Dawson, spinster, of Dunedin (250);

Maud Emmeline Bain, widow, of Dunedin (180); Kathleen Vere Fountain, spinster, of Dunedin (500); and Charles Wynn Vere Fountain, bank officer, of Christchurch (1100). The order was sought by the liquidator of the company, Mr H. S. J. Tilly, on the grounds that the seven persons ceased to be members of the company within one year immediately preceding the date of the start. of the winding-up of the company. The seven sold their shares between April 12 and 17, 1961. On April 18, winding-up proceedings began. The purchaser of all the shares, an Australian firm, could not pay the 10s call.
