Educational TV In Russia
(N.Z.PA -Reuter— Copy right) MOSCOW, May 27. Russian television will start a new educational programme this year, with colour television promised by 1967. Russian viewers were told today. The educational network will start by helping students to prepare for their examinations, and later there will be regular programmes for schoolchildren.
