(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 28. The New Zealand soccer representative, R. MeBriar, did not know at 1 p.m. today that he was forbidden to play for Wellington against Munster at the Basin Reserve three hours and a half later. A sports reporter told him he had been suspended until he appears before the New Zealand Football Association Council. The N.Z.F.A.’s action was taken on Wednes-
tour, had broken a bond he signed before that tour. By the bond, the players were forbidden to discuss the tour with the press. Mcßriar is expected to appear before the N.Z.FA. meeting on Tuesday night Mcßriar said this week that he had asked to be sent home during the tour because he was being overlooked when the teams were selected. He played in only one of the 14 games.
