Engine Kills Cows
(N.t. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, May 27. Twd cows were killed outright, and three more had to be destroyed by the Society for the Prevention- of Cruelty to Animals when a KA locomotive ploughed into them on the railway line just north of Palmerston North about 10 a.m. yesterday.
