Pedestrian Badly Injured

GISBORNE, May 27
An elderly pedestrian was severely injured when she was struck by a car in Gisborne this evening. She is Mrs Mataheri Mackie. She was admitted to Cook Hospital with a compound fracture of the right leg, concussion and shock.
