PUBLIC NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 65 OF "THE RABBIT ACT, 1955.” Notice is Hereby Given that the Waitohi Rabbit Board has by resolution dated the Sth May. 1964, classified all the land in the district for the purpose of levying a rate on a graduated scale for the period commencing April 1, 1964, and ending on March 31, 1965. A list setting forth such classifications may .be inspected without fee at the office of the Board, Smith. Boyd and Knight. 143 Hereford street. Christchurch, betwe'n the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m to 5 p.m. on week days .or at the Hawarden Post Office during business hours, and such list will be open from 9 a.m. Thursday. NOTICE is Hereby Given that the Waitohi Rabbit Board intends at a meeting of the Board to be held at Waikari at 1.30 p.m. on July 10, 1964, to make and lavy a rate on the land in its district for the period commencing April 1. 1964. and ending on March 31, 1965, in the following proportions in respect of the following classes of land:. 2}d per acre in respect of land in Class 1 of its classification list. 3d per acre in respect of land in Class II of its classification list. 4d per acre In respect of land in Class HI of its classification list. 5d per acre in respect of land in Class IV of its classification list. 6d per acre in respect of land in Class V of its classification list. 7d per acre in respect of land in Class VI of its classification list. is per acre in respect of land in Class VII of its classification list. And Notice is Hereby Further Given that the said rate will become payable at the office of the Board in one sum on the 31st day of July. 1964. and that the rate book is open for inspection without fee by ratepayers betwen 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. An additional 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and 14 days from the date of demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
