Two Houses Sold
A block veneer stucco bungalow on a Crown renewable leasehold section at 9 Mooray avenue, Bishopdale, was sold for £2745 at public auction yesterday. The yearly rental of the section is £39 17s 6d. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. The house is approximately three years old. It has three bedrooms, living-room, and a kitchenette. It was a mortgagee’s sale. A house at 105 Locksley avenue, Avonside, was sold by private . treaty yesterday by Sherris and Wilson, Ltd. The property , was passed in at £4700 when offered at auction last week.
