Cyclone Ind. Bonus Issue
Directors of Cyclone Industries, Ltd., Christchurch, have recommended a one-for-four bonus isssue of 5s ordinary shares.
The issue will involve 204,000 shares and will lift ordinary capital by £51,000 to £255,000.
An extraordinary general meeting will be- held after the annual meeting for consideration of the bonus issue.
A final ordinary dividend of 5 per cent, making 9 per cent for the year, was also announced. Last year the total dividend was 8} per cent. The share . register will close July 16 for dividend which is payable July 24.
