PUBLIC NOTICE - Pursuant to Section 65 of the Rabbits, Act, 1955: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Plains Rabbit Board has by resolution dated April 16, 1964. classified all the land in its district for the purpose of levying, a rate on a graduated scale for the period commencing on April 1, 1964, and ending on March 31, 1965. A complete Classification list may be Inspected at the office of the Board, c/o. Smith, Boyd and. Kpight. 143 Hereford street, Christchurch, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, and will be open for inspection from Thursday, May 21, 1964, until Monday, June 15, 1964. The Classifications are summarised:— CLASS A: All land over 2599 ft and below 6.5 ft As set out in the list. (b) Rates as directed by special order of the North Canterbury Catchment Board. Such rates to be for the period commencing on April 1, 1964, and ending on March 31, 1965, and shall become due and payable in one sum on September 1, 1964, at the office of the Ashlby County Council, Loburn, . where the valuation rolls are open for inspection during office hours.
