DIFFERENCES IN CHURCHES
“Human Nature” Is Cause
Differences between the churches were not denominational, but due largely to human nature. This was the conclusion reached at an inter-denominational • meeting held under the auspices of the Linwood Ministers’ Association at the Linwood Baptist Church recently. About 60 men attended.
Delegates who attended the Nationail Council of Churches’ recent meeting at Massey, spoke on church unity. They were the Dean of Christchurch (the Very Rev. W. A. Pyatt), the Rev. D. Glenny. Dr. R. B. Keey, and Mr D. Cowie. They formed a panel and answered questions. The Rev. A Hodges presided over the meeting.
