Trade Prospects Investigated
(N.Z. Prtil Atsociation) AUCKLAND, May 17. Mr A. E. Matalon, an attache of the Israeli Consulate in Sydney, and Mr J. Gordon, a representative of the importing and exporting firms in Israel, left Auckland on Saturday after “sounding” trade aspects in Auckland and Wellington.
Mr Matalon said the trip to New Zealand was made to find out what Israel could offer to New Zealand and what New Zealand could give in return
