LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN PORT DEVELOPMENT LOAN No. 9 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lyttelton Harbour Board proposes, at a special meeting to be held on JUNE 3, 1964, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of a further sum of £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds) for the purpose of carrying out work incidental to the construction of a breakwater and retaining wall as shownon plan M.D. 9932. and the construction of berthage contiguous thereto. The security for such loan shall be the dues, rates, profits, fines, levies and other moneys which may be claimed, demanded and collected by the Harbour Board for payment to the Harbour Fund and as further security for the moneys authorised to be borrowed, moneys raised and appropriated in terms of Section 5 of the Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan and Empowering Act, 1955, and Section 5 of the Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan Act, 1956.
