To amend the Riccarton Bush Act 1914 by amending the Riccarton Bush Amendment Act 1947 to empower the Trustees for the general maintenance and Improvement of the Ruccarton Bush to levy upon the City Council of Christchurch, the County Councils of Waimairi, Heathcote and Paparua, and the Borough Council of Riccarton an annual contribution not exceeding £5000.0.0 in lieu of an annual contribution not exceeding £2500.0.0 authorised by the Riccarton Bush Amendment Act 1947.
