GIRL STOLE £500
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 15. A 20-year-old salesgirl today admitted thefts of money and clothing totalling £5Ol from her employers in order to keep up appearances with a well-to-do group of persons she has been associating with, Sergeant I. V. Edwards told Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today. The girl, Merilyn Helen Wilson, admitted three charges of theft as a servant. She was remanded to May 22 for sentence.
