Temptation Too Much
(N.Z. Pres.. Assn. — Copyright) LONDON, May 14. It was the youngest smash-and-grab raid on record, the “Evening News” reported. Three children aged two, three and four—pressed their noses to a toyshop window. The temptation was too much. They picked up a brick, smashed the window and made off delightedly with a haul of teddy bears, dolls and clockwork engines. A police spokesman at Braintree, Essex, said: “They are too young for any action to be taken and we are not divulging their names.”
