10-Year-Old Boy Shot
(N Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 15. A boy died after accidentally being shot in the hip by a .22-calibre rifle bullet on his parents’ farm at Ngatea this morning. He was William Fletcher Prole, aged 10, of Canal road, Ngatea.
The Thames police said the dead boy was with a companion of about the same age at the time of the accident.
