UNUSUAL ROOF FOR NEW BUILDING.—Work has started in St Asaph street on this new building which is to have an unusual “butterfly” roof. It is being built by Carlisle Construction Ltd. for Reese Bros. Ltd., which is to move its entire flooring division there. The roof covers an area of 7500 sq ft of showroom, store and office, and is supported on laminated beams. There is to be parking for 26 cars on the site to the east of the building. The architects are Messrs Griffiths, Moffat and Partners.
