PUBLIC NOTICES ‘ HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL IN THE MATTER of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and the Regulations ■ made thereunder and ; IN THE MATTER of an Application by THE NEW ZEALAND i TRUST BOARD FOR HOME SCHOOLS FOR CURATIVE EDU CATION OF INTELLECTUALLY , HANDICAPPED CHILDREN THE above Board has made I Application to the Heathcote County Council, pursuant to the t provisions of Section 38A of the - Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the use by it of land , and buildings situated at 141 Thornhill crescent. Cashmere, such use not being of the same character as that which immediately preceded it. Particulars of the Applications, are as follows: 1. The Board proposes to use the said property as a private ■ boarding school for intellectually handicapped children being girls between the ages of 7 . and Is years and boys between the ages of 7 and 13 years. 2. That the maximum number of pupils in residence, shall be J 5 and the maximum staff 7. 3.
