KILLED BY 17FT FALL
(N.Z- Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 27. A carpenter, was killed when he fell through the roof of the lead burning shed of the Dominion Fertiliser Company’s acid works at Green Island today. He was David John Carnahan, aged 54, of 4 Newhaven street, Liberton. He was married with six children. The accident happened at 3.45 pm. when Mr Carnahan was repairing the roof of the shed. He fell 17ft on to a hard floor.
