Vietnam Appoints N.Z. Ambassador
fNZ.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright? SAIGON, April 14. The South Vietnamese Prime Minister (Major-Gen-eral Khanh) has appointed Mr Nguyen Van Hieu to be South Vietnam’s Ambassador to New Zealand, the official Vietnam news agency reported today. Mr Hieu is concurrently Ambassador to Australia.
