Russian Prelate Speaks Of Hope (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, March 31. A Russian Orthodox Church leader told cheering thousands in Trafalgar square yesterday that the Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty was “a first swallow heralding the summer.” Archbishop Kyprian, of Dimitrdv, was a speaker at the mammoth nuclear disarmament Easter rally. The Archbishop spoke in Russian and afterwards Canon John Collins read a translation. The Archbishop also said: “The sky is still dangerously clouded, but the light of the sun is shining through.” Strong squads of police otood by at the rally, which was preceded by a parade through London. It was organised by the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament in p.ace of the Aldermaston march of previous Easters.
