WHISKER LEARN HOW TO RELAX SSSSKrtB AND OVERCOME NERVOUSNESS WITHOUT STh DRUGS. HedeeTPer*. Nervous breakdowns and emotionally induced illnesses are the result of mental and bodily tensions from which the sufferer can find no relief. Here is an opportunity to learn how to reduce these tensions besed on the clinical experience and research of some of the world's greatest physiological psychologists and leaders in relaxation therapy. The lecturer will deal with the causes of fatigues, insomnia, nervous breakdowns, tension headaches, chronic indigestion and tension diseases such as duodenal ulcers, high blood pressure, etc., and will explain how the vicious cycle of anxiety end nerve-muscle tension results in tension diseases and mental ill-health through an overworked neuro-muscular system. He will outline the means whereby you can obtain relief from mentel and physical tension by learning to understand the nature of the cause of these tensions and by learning to relax without the aid of tranquillisers, sleeping pills and drugs, and so restore peace in the body and mind and consequently good health. A series of six lectures and demonstrations, also illustrated by colour screen slides, will follow. Classes will be formed end held weekly in the Canterbury Museum Lecture Hall.
