SURF CLUB NEEDS
Minister Asks For Report
"The Preet" Special Service AUCKLAND, April 1.
The Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr Seath) has asked for a full report on the need for additional facilities for surf lifesaving clubs. In a letter received by the Auckland City Council he said the report would be compiled by the National Water Safety Council.
In considering the question the safety council would bear in mind the possible extension of services to other beaches.
