Universities Rugby Tour

The big Wallaby forward, P. Crittle, will captain the Australian Universities Rugby team which will tour New Zealand next month. The final trials for the tour were held in Sydney yesterday and the selectors tonight announced the team. Dr R. M. Tooth will be manager. The team is: P. Crittle (Sydney), captain, W. Caisley (Sydney), vice captain, S. Spenoe (Sydney), J. Wolfe (Queensland), G. Bursill (Sydney), M. Grace (New South Wales), R. Rosenblum (Sydney), D. Clark (Sydney), R. Trivett (Queensland), G. Thompson (Sydney), G. Aaron (Queensland), J. Culka (Melbourne), R. Strong (New South Wales), A. Becconsall (Queensland), G. Hurst (Sydney), E. Anning (Queensland), A. Abrahams (Sydney), W. Cannington (Sydney), R. C. Elliot (Queensland), C. Freestone (New South Wales), D. Crombie (Queensland), M. Saddington (New South Wales).
