SUSPENSION OF LICENCE

Dangerous Drug Prescriptions Dr. Douglas McKelvie Jack, a registered medical practitioner, has been prohibited from issuing prescriptions for the dispensing of dangerous drugs. In a notice in the Gazette, the Minister of Health (Mr McKay) said that he was satisfied that Dr. Jack had committed a breach of the terms of the licence held by him under the Dangerous Drugs Regulations, 1951.
