FACTORS TO PAY
Settlement Of Debts (N.Z. Press Assn.—-Copyright) MELBOURNE, Mar. 24. Factors, Ltd., industrial and finance company in the Korman group, will pay to the National Trustees Executors and Agency Company of Australasia, Ltd., tomorrow an amount sufficient to repay all existing debenture holders, unsecured noteholders, fixed depositers and unsecured creditors in full. The total amount to be provided by Factors, Ltd., to settle all debts to £5,373,290. Settlement Today, Prestige, Ltd., paid £3,347,655 to Factors, Ltd., as settlement for Holeproof, Ltd., Australia. This was the balance, plus interest, of the sale price of £3,510,000 in respect of which a deposit of £175,500 was paid last December. On receipt of certificate, where applicable, the National Trustees will send out cheques for the individual amounts owing, including interest up to today.
