Chief-Inspector G. Tait and Detective-Chief-Inspector A. 1. Knapp, will attend a four months’ officer’s course at the Australian Police College, Manly, Sydney, the Minister of Police (Mr Allen) said today. Cartwright), was largely responsible for its effective formative years. Mr Cartwright said Mr Mackay denied himself high office in the Education Department to keep close to teachers.
