Canterbury, Hutt Valley Unbeaten (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 20. At the end of the first day’s play in the New Zealand colts softball tournament at Mira* mar today Canterbury and Hutt Valley remained undefeated. Their meeting tomorrow will almost certainly decide the championship. Canterbury and Hutt Valley each recorded three wins, Waikato two, and Wellington one. Results:— Hutt Valley 3, Wellington 2; Canterbury 5, Horowhenua 1; Waikato 12, Wairarapa 2; Hutt Valley 3. Horowhenua 0; Canterbury 10, Waikato 1; Wellington 9, Wairarapa 2; Canterbury 7, Wellington 0; Hutt Valley 14, Wairarapa 0; Waikato 13, Horowhenua 0.
