MAY SLEEP BY BARNS
Farmers Fear: More Fires .- (N.Z.. Press Association) AUCKLAND. March 20.. Waiuku farmers may sleep by their hay barns' to guard them from fire. During the last few weeks, three of these buildings have been destroyed. So’ far; there have been four outbreaks—all started about midnight. Buildings, 2700 bales nf hay and. a hedge hive been destroyed. / ■ ■■ Early this morning a banf and 800 bales of hay belonging to .Mt; A. V. Hill were burned. . ". - The night before a bam and 1000 bales of hay bn the property of Mr C. M. Ramsey were On February 27 another barn ahd 900. bales of hay owned by. Mr A. IL V. Chalmers was burned.
