HALSWELL COUNTY COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO COUNTY BY-LAWS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by "The Counties Act, 1958," and Amendments thereto, the HALSWELL COUNTY COUNCIL, at a Special Meeting held on Thursday, the 20th day of February, 1964, passed a Resolution by way of Special Order to amend Section 30 of the Halswell County Council Bylaw, 1951, to increase the fees for the opening of roads as follows: (c) For crossing or opening any asphalted, sealed, concrete or bituminous road per chain or part thereof—£ls. (d) For opening any metal or gravel road per chain or part thereof—£7 10s.
