Injunction?
Told of the council’s decision last evening, the chairman of the Waimairi Action Group (Mr J. L. Milburn) said he thought an Injunction might be made to the Supreme Court in an effort to prevent the council from taking further action.
“Our solicitors have been looking in to the matter but no definite decision has yet been made,* he said. “Such moves take considerable finance."
