WAIMAIRI COUNTY PROPOSED DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 35 of the above Act and of Regulations 32 and 33 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, William Francis Henery and Nancy Isabel Henery give notice that they are to apply to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board for its consent to a specified departure from the provisions of the above scheme in so far as it affects their property at 27 Memorial avenue.
