Two Houses Sold
Offered on account of the estate of John Sims, a house at 554 Cashel street, Linwood, was sold for £l3OO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. Graveston.
The house has six rooms, and a washhouse. There pre also three sheds on the section of 28.2 perches.
A tiled roof wooden bungalow at 45 Winters road, Papanui, was passed in at £2BOO. The property was offered on account of the estate of Violet Chesney by Mr Denys Chapman. The house comprises a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchenette, dinette, bathroom, and laundry. Outbuildings on the section of 40 perches include a shed. Two sections in Condel avenue, Bryndwr, were sold for £1075 each when five sections were offered by Livingstone and Company on Monday evening. One of the remaining sections has since been sold by private treaty.
