CHURCH MISSION IN LINWOOD
A 12-diay mission aimed at those with no religious affiliation will start at the Linwood Avenue Church of Christ today. It will .be conducted by the Rev. R. Heyward, brotherhood missioner for the Churcfh of Cihrist in New Zealand, who was formerly minister of the St. Albans Church of Christ.
The mission will open with a special family night, and the subsequent meetings will explain the relevance of the church and its work to the world of today. Pamphlets explaining the aim of the mission had been distributed in the Linwood area, said the minister of the church (the Rev. C- A. B. Brown). Counsellors would be available to meet anyone requiring further explanation and assistance.
