It is easily mustered and has a Landrover track of approximately 12 miles: the wool is excellent •nd generally makes the top bracket price in its class, and surplus stock are always keenly sought after at the Coalgate Ewe Fair. This property has been conservatively farmed over a long period and used purely as a grazing holding. Very little has been done by way of top-dressing the hill country or the development of the ploughable land on which some gorse has been allowed to spread, and we feel sure that with a programme of regrassing, top-dressing and liming, the present carryling capacity could be extensively increased.
